The Think Tank
(with Good Taste)

Sarah Earnest
Founder & CEO
She's not the loudest voice in the room, but she's definitely the one making sure things actually get done. With a sixth sense for last minute magic and a sharp eye for refined, customer-centric design, Sarah keeps the studio running and the ideas flowing.
Design mantra - Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication... but make it dark.
Design pet peeve - Maximalism. More isn't more.
If she had to choose one color for the whole year - Midnight blue.
When she's not designing - She's buried in a non-fiction book or competing fiercely in a game - indoors or outdoors, silly or serious.
Superpower - Coming up with her best, wildest ideas fifteen minutes before a deadline.
Meghana Potnuru
Interior Designer
Energetic, bubbly, and hardworking, Meghana is a fast learner and jumps into projects (interior or architectural) with enthusiasm. She handles site visits and client interactions like a pro - all while bringing her own spark to the studio.
Design mantra - Aesthetics with intention.
Studio mood when she's around - A mix of creative chaos, sarcasm and laughter.
When she's not designing - You'll find her dancing.
Favorite color palette - Warm autumnal hues like terracotta and sage green with neutrals.
Dream project - Designing a home for her parents.

Eesha Modgil
Interior Designer
Cheerful, intuitive and quick-thinking, Eesha has a unique design sense that's in tune with the studio's signature style. She handles every task with surprising calm and efficiency for someone who's new to the field, and always brings a little humor to the studio.
Design pet peeve - When clients say "minimal" but actually mean "luxury influencer starter pack."
If she could use only one color for a year - Sage or beige
Coffee or tea while designing? Iced coffee
Favorite color palette - Neutrals with a bit of personality.
Dream project - A boutique hotel that's sleek, luxurious, but still playful.
